The Financial Aid Process

01. Apply for Aid

Submit your financial aid application during enrollment. Indicate the program you are applying for and your need for support.

02. Review

Our Academic and Admissions team will assess your application based on need, motivation, and program eligibility. Additional documentation may be requested.

03. Confirm Your Spot

If approved, you will receive a sponsorship offer and balance invoice (if any). Pay your deposit (if applicable) to secure your place in the cohort.

Types of Aid

Scholarships

Rukenya College offers merit- and need-based scholarships to help learners access quality business education. We also work with partners and sponsors to provide third-party scholarships for eligible students.

Grants

Grants are awarded based on demonstrated need and program fit. These do not require repayment and are intended to support students facing financial constraints, especially from underserved communities.

Flexible Payment

While we do not offer traditional student loans, Rukenya College provides flexible installment payment plans and deferred payment options for qualifying students making it easier to start learning without financial pressure.
