What’s on the Rukenya College Application?
To help you prepare, we have outlined all the questions you’ll find on our online application form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You can save your progress as you go; so no need to complete everything in one sitting!
Our application is designed to understand your background, goals, and readiness for the program you’re applying to. It’s simple, supportive, and focused on helping you take the next step confidently.

Complete Application Form
Tell us a little about yourself and we’ll help with the rest. Our convenient online application tool only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, QRC will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Application Review
QRC will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Application Interview
Interviews are held by phone or video with our Academic Team to learn more about your goals, interest in the program, and understanding of practical or internship opportunities.

Payment of Fees
Rukenya College will issue an invoice for your program balance, which must be settled before the start date. A payment receipt will be provided upon confirmation.
Requirements
Start & Scale: Entrepreneurship Accelerator
– Open to students 16 years and over at the time of course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you may be required to demonstrate English proficiency through a short written or verbal assessment
– All applicants are interviewed by the Rukenya Academic Team as part of the admissions process
– Applicants not meeting the standard entry criteria may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. Consideration will be given to those with entrepreneurial passion, prior business attempts, community leadership, or strong motivation to launch a venture
CPD, Executive Education & Digital Skills for Business
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement (21+ for Executive Education)
– Applicants should have a working knowledge of English; additional support may be provided for non-native speakers
– A brief interview or placement check may be required depending on the program
– Applicants not meeting all criteria may be considered by the Rukenya Academic Team based on relevant work experience, prior training, or demonstrated interest in business, leadership, or digital skills development
